There is a great horned owl nest with two chicks on the Ridgefield
Refuge, upper unit. It is off the road to the right past the blind
parking area, around the curve, and in a mossy oak to the right
of the road before the next parking area.

If you go to see the chicks, they are not fledglings yet, please
stay to the area away from the side of the road with the nest.

One of the parents is usually visible in the surrounding trees.
