According to the pamphlet put out by the Gray Horbor National Wildlife
Refuge Hoquiam, WA the best viewing times are the hour before and the
hour after high tide. this will be:

Weekends: Park atHoquiam HS and ride shuttle bus. 25cents rt.

Trail : the 1mile trail tothe shorbird viewing areas is uually wet and
muddy. Rubber boots are recommended.
