I am a strong opponent to a national organization. "National"
to me implies just such a predicament. A centralized gang of
thieves with a bloated staff of incompetents. Two things struck
me about the letter:

1. There are 33 board members.

Who pays for their travel ?
How do 33 people make fast, clear decisions ?

2. How come there is a 20 million dollar headquarters
building ?

$20,000,000 buys a lot of habitat.
