Alan Hopkins of Golden Gate Audubon has been on this case for
some time. I'm not sure what authority Cal Fish & Game has.

Public hearings have already been held on this issue. I wrote a
letter to the Commission on Animal Control and Welfare in Jan
1993 which reportedly had a significant impact. The locally
elected commission was planning to sanction the Golden Gate Park
feeding stations but decided to hold off and study the matter
