Dennis: Great question. I haven't gone and probably won't chase this
Ross' Gull, but only because I had great looks at the Newport bird
several years ago. (Am I therefore a lister but not a twitcher? It
would be a choice WA state bird, of course, let alone two county
birds... Hmmm.) Tom
