Yes, individuals of the gray-crowned subspecies L. t. tephrocotis from
Alaska come down here in small numbers in winter, both west and east of the
Cascades. I think they're always less common than littoralis, but there are
a fair # of specimen records and I think some fairly recent sight records
(at least from WA).
