Hi Tweeters,

To update on the Emperor Goose at Beach Grove in Tsawwassen:

The bird is frequenting two ponds in the golf course adjacent to the Beach
Grove Lagoon at the E end of 12th Ave.

It has definitely broken its right leg in a collision with telephone wires
on Monday, and is showing stress, so *please do not attempt close
approach*. Sorry if this your only opportunity for a full-frame shot of an
Emperor Goose, but **please** keep your distance.

No reports on the Gray-crowned Rosy Finches on the Tsawwassen Jetty since
Sunday.
