I got a message from Ruth Taylor (she is now running the FRG
Peregrine hotline) about an immature male Peregrine seen on
the UW bridge (near I-5, I assume) and she's wondering if perhaps this is
the alleged UW Rough-legged Hawk that has been seen eating Pigeons. Has
anyone definitively ID'ed this bird? If so, could you please let me know.
