Peregrine, definitely a buteo, almost surely a rough-leg (dark carpal
patches seen by several people), but the jury is still out on *exactly*
what it is. Anyone who can hang around the southwest corner of campus and
watch for it should observe it carefully and write a description if you
can. Photographs even better.
