I may be out of my league here, but this summer while driving onthe I-5
bridge over the "cut" I saw what looked like a falcon land on the high
wire tower. It had the "V" wings and was checked and or specalded. It
was not a red tailed. I was going about 55mph and I saw it as it flew
over my sunroof. Whatever it was I have not seen it before and I look at
those toweres every time I go by. I don't n
