A burrowing owl may be found at the eastbound I-90 exit for George, Washington.
The bird apparently has been seen perched on a road reflector there for more
than a week now. The snow was about 4 inches deep when I saw it. I've had
only one other winter Burr. Owl in WA, one east of Moxee in January 1988.
