Phil Mattocks called me tonight and told me that there was a white phased
Gyrfalcon along Donson Rd. south of I-90 in Grant County. It was first seen
over the weekend by State Wildlife personel. Phil did not have any more
information than that. White Gyrs are very rare in WA.
