The following info just came in over the Northern Idaho / Eastern
Washington RBA:

Bob Whitley (sp?) -- 509 943-4826 -- found a female Garganey last
Thursday (12/15) and again this morning (12/20).

The bird was on the Columbia River near the Richland Yacht Club which is
just downstream from the Shiloh Rivershore Motel.

Mr. Whitley will be out of town this weekend but offered to talk to
anyone interested in seeing the bird before then.
