Subject: "Birds of the Pacific Coast"

I have been given a lovely little volume entitled "Birds of the Pacific Coast" by Willard
Ayres Eliot. It was published in 1923 by G.P Putnam's Sons and contains 56 color
plates by R. Bruce Horsfall. It also has a short introduction by William L. Finley. Can
anyone out there tell me about these people whose names are familiar to me but
about whom I know very little? Thanks.
