I found 6-8 Pine Grosbeaks this morning in Bellingham along the Connelly Creek
nature trail. To get there, take exit 250 from I-5 and then right on 32nd St.
to Donovan.Go left on Donovan 2 blocks to 30th and park at entrance to trail.
Take trail north for about 1/4 mi. where a trail branches off to left. There is
a small bridge over the creek here and the Grosbeaks are just before the bridge
in an old apple tree with half eaten apples plus snowberry bushes.
