Idie Ulsh, naturlaist and Seattle Audubon 2nd VP is the instructor for this
relaxed and informative course. She designed it for people who wish to learn,
in a non-technical format, to identify the butterflies of their gardens and of the
Puget Sound Area. Idie will also teach selection of plants to attract specific
butterflies to your yard. The course will include:
Identification of 34 species in the Puget Sound region
Natural Histroy of butterflies
Butterfly Gardening - what and where to plant
Butterflying with binoculars
Butterfly photography
