Hello birders,

Just got a call from Anna Coles at the Washington Mutual tower. Apparenty
the third Peregrine chick hatched about 11am today.

Below is a rec.birds posting some of you may have already seen. I wonder
how many other cities are enjoying this.

The peregrine falcons nesting in downtown Topeka, KS are feeding 3
chicks that hatched Saturday, one egg remains unhatched. It is very
easy birding. You sit in the Top of the Tower Club sipping a glass of
wine and watch the action across the street on a ledge of the old, empty
bank building. The staff of the club keep constant vigil so we are
constantly updated.
