Responding to Mike Smith:

Mike, Boreal Chickadees in the Wenatchee Mountains would represent a fairly
cosmic range extension. To my knowledge they haven't been found south of
highway 20, and I think a fair number of hikers to high elevation in the
intervening area have been birders. On the other hand, there's a lot of
country up there.

I checked our WA specimens of Boreal Chickadees, and their cap color looked
about like the illustration in the NGS guide. I hope I'm not being tactless
if I ask if you know that Chestnut-backed Chickadees are common high in the
mountains.
