While Barrows's Goldeneye may have become more common in Puget Sound
in recent years, they seem to have become less common as a winter
bird in north central Washington. A correlation, all based on FEELINGS?

Barrow's Goldeneye are still quite common in spring and summer and a
real delight to watch, in spring.
