Hi,

I noticed that as well. There is a committee currently assigned the task
of developing a formal plan for the "Montlake Fill"/Union Bay shoreline
area which includes lot E-5. This development was specifically
disallowed in all earlier plans and the committee, of which I am a
member, has not been presented with any such plan. If you believe the
lot should be reclaimed as part of the "research natural area," as was
originally planned, send you views to Clement W. Hamilton, chair, Union
Bay Planning Committee, at cwh at u.washington.edu with a copy to Matthew
Kimble, staff support for the committee at mkimble at u.washington.edu.
