Good message, David. I don't know about Peregrine winter pair bonds, but it
wouldn't surprise me in a resident hawk, and if they maintained the bond
they surely might hunt together. I see paired Red-tails sitting together
along I-5 during my commute, and this is well before the nesting season.

But I do have one question:

"The peregrine then continued along the beach and flew about 20 feet
directly over me (with mouth agape)."

Whose mouth was agape?
