In the Vancouver area, where I am, I presume that all the local crows
are Northwestern. But how far inland has one to go before they get
replaced by American crow? For example, how far up the Fraser river?
Is there a substantial region of overlap? I've always assumed that
crows I see in the BC interior, e.g., in the Kamloops area are
American crows, pure and simple. Am I right?
