I've just spent nearly 24 hours trying to convince my CIS group that we were not
even receiving *anything* from Internet. Seems like a simple problem. But they
can't even understand simple words like "The, system, is not, working". I, and
others, have argued that we need better systems here to no avail. Not all of us
have a choice. Soooo.... include your return address if you expect personal
replies from those of us whose "service" strips the headers.
