The Snow Geese often move way out into Skagit Bay during hunting season,
but I don't know if they are there now. There is some exchange between
Reifel and Skagit. The geese should certainly be in the Skagit Flats area
now, just from known arrival dates.

Snowy Owls usually show up in late November; they ought to be around by
Thanksgiving, although I haven't heard of any yet.
