I would like to third Mike Smith and Burt Guttman. It would be helpful
if anyone who goes to Nisqually to find the gull posted the results and
directions.

BTW, the legally boundaries of Washington and Oregon *both* include the
entire Columbia River so that a bird over the river is in both states.
