I heard there used to be a huge fishery there until it was fished out (guess
it goes to show you can't eat your hake and have it too) and the islands
were named because of the large number of canneries there, but in the
translation "Cannery" got changed to "Canary..." ....no?

(This was just *TOO* tempting...)
