Two questions:

Is it possible for people to decide "on the spur of the moment" to
attend, say on Saturday morning? If so, do you want to let people know
where the conference is being held?

Will "yanks" (that's hard for me to say, being from Alabama) be welcome
at the conference? What kind of input would be useful for us, from the
U.S., to give?
