Where: NSCC is west of I-5, west of Northgate, between NE 92 and 103rd.

Parking: Do not park on campus during the week, permit required.

Area: the surge pond is between the campus and the freeway, best
birding is looking up the pond from the south end,

the greenspace is to the north of the main campus and has a
variety of habitats and some informal trails, generally the
best birding is on the northern part, but listen carefully,
because there are many thickets that occasionally have some
real treats hiding in them
