Hi Anna,
Sorry, I don't have an exact answer to your question, but Janet and I
visited Reifel last weekend after reading Michael Price's hotline. There
seemed to be hunting around the edges of Reifel but not in it.
The thousands of Snow Geese were enjoyable to see. Eventually I guess
they move down to the Skagit flats region later on in the season.
As we walked the trails we found you can hand feed the Black-capped
Chicadees by merely standing with your arm outstreched with a flat hand
full of sunflower seeds. It was a lot of fun!
