On 28 October we came across a first winter Heermann's Gull at the
Boardman Marina, Boardman Park, Morrow Co. ORE. This bird was confirmed
and photographed by Craig Corder and Judy Stevens. This is the 4th known
ORE eastside record. Are there any Washington State eastside Heermann's
gull
records??
On 29 October at Soap Lake, Grant Co. Wa. was a single male Rusty
Blackbird, a Sanderling, and a second year Glaucous Gull.
On Lake Lenore were 2 Bonaparte's Gulls, 30+ Common Loons, and 2
Pacific Loons.
On Brook's Lake (Stratford Lake) were 10 Snow Geese, 2 Trumpeter
Swans,
7 Long-billed Dowitchers, 2 Greater Yellowlegs, and 10,000+ Canada Geese.
