Terry has 15 trips scheduled for 1994. Don't know how many do/did go out.
Cost $70, or $160 for deepwater trips.

Cancel day before, so people don't have to show up : rain check, or refund
if no other trip scheduled.
Cancel at the dock : refund for people who showed up, or rain check if they
want it.
Return at the bar, or immediately offshore : refund for those brave
enough to try, the rest lose.
Return after some time at sea : proportional refund.
