Hey Tweeters,

I'm starting research on the eradication of the Black River, which used
to flow from the south end of Lake Washington, picked up the Cedar near
Renton, then joined the Duwamish. After LKWA was lowered, the BLRI
ceased to exist. I'm looking for any information y'all might have on
this process -- including the current state of the old river course.

I realize this is not ornithospecific; I nonetheless figured there would
be some expertise (or at least opinions) on this list. Feel free to
reply to me off-list.
