I have been able to get out birding in the last week, so I thought I'd
share the results of the migration time:

Wed 4/12/95 at Leadbetter Point Area
approx. 3500 Dunlins
500 Sanderlings
3 Least Sandpipers (Exhausted taking cover next to a log!)
45-50 Blk-bellied Plovers
1 Merlin
1 Peregrin
3 Snowy Plovers (1 banded)
1 North. Harrier (female)
6 Caspian Terns

Sat 4/15/95 at Mud Bay Bridges
approx 250 Western Sandpipers
approx 80 Dunlins
20 Greater Yellowlegs

Mon 4/17/95 Islands in Columbia River off Longview Area
4 Blk-bellied Plovers
12 Amer. Widgeon
4500 Canada Goose
2 pairs nesting Ospreys
North. Rough-winged Swallow
Violet-green Swallow
Tree Swallow
Barn Swallow
Purple Martins
120 Caspian Terns
Wilson's Warbler
Orange-crowned Warbler
Vesper Sparrow (approx. 30 seen)
Savannah Sparrow
White-crowned Sparrow (singing loudly!)
Golden-crowned Sparrow
Mourning Dove (sounded like a lot more than previous years)
Horned Lark
Water Pipit
