I saw what appears to be some kind of auks at the Mukilteo Ferry
landing on 4/16, two males and 5 females. They had large
red/orange auk-like bills and a large white area on the front and
the back of the males' heads. The females lacked the color on
their bills and the white areas on their heads. Can't find them
in Audubon or Peterson.
