David,

Having travelled rather extensively in central WA during the past month,
I've noted very few shorebirds. In fact other than the resident Snipe, the
only others found have been Greater YL, Stilt, Avocet, LB Curlew and Dunlin.
I've not seen any peeps.

So, without looking at records (I'm a relatively recent transplant east of
the Cascades), shorebirds seem late to me too.
