The previous weekend (14-16 April) there were 38 Common Loons in breeding
plumage on Sloan Reservoir (below O'Sullivan dam) and wave after wave of
migrating Sandhill Cranes, some barely visible to the unaided eye. We also
saw 2 stilt, 22 avocet and 12 Caspian Terns along Dodson Rd. Sorry for the
late report, I just subscribed to Tweeters.
