For those who want to chase this bird and try to make a liar out of
me, here are crude directions:

>From the IMA playing fields, cross the bridge to the Fill and bear left
across the dirt parking lot. Cross into the grass/shrubs on the far side
of the lot (small puddle/pond on your right). Walk in about 100 yards
(?), bearing slightly left, until there is a small cleared garden-patch on
your left (GC sparrows and a domestic bunny hang out in it). The garden
patch (there's a sign "experimental plot" or something) is your landmark.
with your back to the garden patch, walk 30-40 feet to the trees and
shrubs where I saw the putative BRSP.
