This is just a short note to thank you for helping me subscribe to "tweeters"

I began receiving mail a couple of days ago and I'm looking forward to seeing
more information of local interest than Birdchat serves up. Not being a
member of any clubs or societies, I rely on what I can read or pick up off
the local RBA phone line to keep me posted. I'm sure your mailing list will
help to propel me from "rankest novice" status to the next plateau.

Also, I took a look at your new web page with my (non-graphical) browser. I
can't comment on the graphics, but the content looks first rate.
