Hi,
I don't normally participate in this list, but I'm planning to visit the
Puget Sound area in about 2 weeks, with my non-birding family. But they want
to do outdoor stuff and Mt. Ranier is on the list of places to visit. My small
list of target species includes White-tailed Ptarmigan (so I can finish the
genus) and I'd really appreaciate any more specific information you can
provide as to where we might be able to see one.
Otherwise I'm down to those introduced (urg) species in the
Victoria/Vancouver area, and of course the odd Siberian stray. And I always
enjoy seeing common western birds and great scenery.
Please reply directly to the address below -- I'm not a tweeter. Thanks very
much.
