in the old days, I seem to remember the airport itself is pretty hot...
snowy owls line the runways in winter... lots of other good stuff..

Plum Island National Wildlife Refuge might be a tad far...about 40 miles
north...

You might try the Boston Audubon hotline when you get there..or query them
in advance and see if someone will come get you and bird with you a while..
heck, you'd do it for a Bostonian, right?
