Last night's *Bird Talk* was an absolute zoo! The phone rang off the wall
because George Walter offered a little teaser quiz..I pass it on to you
for fun. NOTE: if you listened to the show last night, and/or participated
and/or talked to George and know the answer, don't give it away and spoil
it for the rest of the Tweets...
I'm sure Dennis will eat his sox when he finds out he missed this one..

George said that he laid out 60 plots for a breeding bird survey at Fort
Lewis. The habitat was prairie, mixed woodland, slash and some logged off
(as I recall).. He monitored the birds in each of the plots three of the last
four years..one bird species occurred in 55 of the 60 plots..
