Subject: Thrasher update

I just talked to Tom Crabtree, whose e-mail is dead. Several
birders spent five hours looking for the trhasher at Toketee
today and did not find it. However, the description given by the
ranger (Keith Graves) is pretty good, and at least one person is
staying the night to keep watch. The bird has been seen twice,
July 12 and August 1, both times in early evening. That is all I
know as of 6:45 Tursday night. Anything more exciting will go
directly to the RBA phone network.
