I for one would enjoy contributing, but I've never heard of an "atlas card".
I helped in the "Partners In Flight" program on the Olympic peninsula, so
there's some data for you either from me directly or from the biologists
running the program (way more data there).

Being web-deprived, I'm not able to review what you have on your home page.

In general, I think it would make all of us feel better to be more inclusive
when asking for help, rather than "Why? I don't know.". How about "if you're
interested, contact...." or "just print out this form, fill it out, and send
it back", or maybe even a break-down of uncovered areas so we can all
contribute should we venture into one of those areas?
