There will be a purple loosetrife pull at MontLake Fill on Sunday morning,
Aug 6th. I will be there from around 8am to about 1-2 pm. So if you can manage
to haul yourself out of bed by that time then, come on down !

Progress so far has been great, last nights effort extended the shoreline by
at least another 30 feet. Now over half of the main pond is completely free.

Bring gloves and lots to drink - the forecast is for warm weather. If you can
bring a fork or rake as well that will be great. An eager pair of hands is
more important though.
