Things look normal here on s. Vancouver Island. We normally see
relatively few CATE (rated as Rare to Uncommon through the summer
months) and about the usual number of reports have so far reached the
Victoria Rare Bird Alert, with no large concentrations. No one
has reported a juvenile bird.
