Hi Tweeters & OBOLers,

On Mon. Aug 07, Allan Poynter located a basic-plumaged adult *TEMMINCK'S
STINT* at the E end of Boundary Bay, on the Beach Grove Lagoon at the E end
of 12th Ave. in Tsawwassen. He relocated the same bird this evening at the
Lagoon where he observed it from 5 PM to 7 PM. This sighting is, as yet, an
unconfirmed single-observer sighting.

To reach this location, take Hwy 17 west to 56th St in Tsawwassen, and turn
left (S) onto 56th. Go south on 56th for about 2 km and turn left (E) onto
12th Ave. Go east on 12th for about 1 km; go straight into parking lot where
12th curves off to SE.

At the opposite end of Boundary Bay, the alternate-plumaged male BAR-TAILED
GODWIT was again at the grassy spit 1 km to the E of the S end of 112th St.
