Hi Tweets,

I just had one comment on Representative Tate's claim that one Montana
man was,

"recently fined $4000 by the Environmental Protection Agency for
shooting a bear which was attacking him and his family."

The last time I checked, which was today, the EPA had no authorization
to levy fines for violation of the ESA. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service has that responsibility. Where he got the EPA I don't know
but I have asked his office to check this one out.

P.S. Don, Tate's a "New Republican"
