Contact the WA State Game department or DNR in Mill Creek and I think
they'll mail you some plans. At least they did for me a couple years ago.
Also the county extension agent offices may have something. Between these
agencies they have some back-yard sanctuary info including house plans.

Somewhere I have compiled a list of house dimensions and hole sizes for
different birds from various sources. When I find it I will post it.
