Frank Slavens, Curator of Reptiles with help from the Center for Wildlife
Conservation and the Dept of Wildlife released 14 endangered Western Pond
Turtles back into some ponds in E. Washington last Wednesday. These were
year old captive bred animals "headstarted" here at the Zoo.
