Hi Tweeters & OBOLers,

A juvenile *Hudsonian Godwit* was at the W field at the Reifel Refuge in
Ladner, just S of Vancouver BC, Saturday Aug. 12.

Still with rare-for-Vancouver shorebirds, it looks like our Three
Amigos--the Long-billed Curlew, Marbled Godwit (both rare in Vcr anytime),
and Whimbrel (*very* rare in winter) which have wintered here for the last
five or six years--have reunited for another eight months of non-breeding
downtime.

No relocation of the Black-and-White Warbler at Burnaby Lake Pk. in Burnaby
since the initial sighting on Thursday Aug 09.

Fairly good numbers of juvenile Red-necked Phalaropes going through right
now, and juv Pectorals showing up in numbers.
